- Restrict or inhibit any
other visitor or subscriber from using the Site, including, without limitation,
by means of "hacking" or "cracking" or defacing any portion of the Site;
- Use the Site for any unlawful
purpose;
- Transmit (a) any consent
or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, abusive,
libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes on FleetSeek Corp.
or any third party's intellectual property or other rights; (b) any material,
non-public information about companies without the authorization to do so; (c)
any trade secret of any third party; or (d) any advertisements, solicitations,
chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited
commercial communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by FleetSeek Corp.);
- Engage in spamming or flooding;
- Transmit any software or
other materials that contain any virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse, or other
harmful or disruptive component;
- Modify, adapt, sublicense,
translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the
Site;
- Remove any copyright, trademark,
or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site;
- Frame or "mirror"
any part of the Site without prior written permission from FleetSeek Corp.;
- Use any robot, spider,
site search/retreival Application, or other manual or automatic device or process
to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent
the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents;
- Harvest or collect information
about Site visitors or subscribers without their express consent; or
- Permit anyone else whose
account or subscription was either not established or was terminated to use any
of the Site through a user's subscription, username or password.

You Agree to the FleetSeek Mail Guarantee
Send your letters, brochures, catalogs, routing guides and flyers to our databases with confidence. We guarantee 100% of your mail - to over 100,000 companies – will be delivered.
- We will refund the third class-rate mail equivalent on your returned mail to for-hire and private fleets, currently at 20.9 cents.
- The much harder to reach owner-operators will be reimbursed at the rate of 10.5 cents.
- We will pay standard ground rate for you to send us your returns. Call your sales person for instructions.
- View and print subscriptions have no mail guarantee.
- We will not refund postage for improperly formatted addresses or labels.
Simply mail from a *current FleetSeek file during your 12 month subscription and within 4 weeks of that mailing furnish us your returned envelops or addressed materials along with a copy of your downloaded file used for that specific mailing.
You Agree to the FleetSeek Refund Policy
View and Print Subscriptions
- Full refund up to 15 days after purchase if you are not completely satisfied.
- After the first 15 days, refunds will be pro-rated up to the first 4 months.
- Subscriptions older than 4 months are not eligible for refund.
Download Subscriptions
- Refunds will be pro-rated up to the first 4 months after the subscription begins only if there have been no records downloaded.
- If the download option has been used for any data at any time, NO refund will be offered.

A current FleetSeek file is one that has been downloaded within 15 calendar days of the mailing. The “beauty of FleetSeek” is that the database files are constantly updated, and the address of certain companies or owner-operators may have changed between the time you became a subscriber and when you planned to do your mailing.
